We have two time sessions at SPIEL where folks can hold caucuses to network  on specific topics and issues at lunchtimes on Saturday and Sunday.  We have several locations available.  Submit a proposal form here by October 1.  We will post sessions on the wall at Registration at the Spencer Hall Atrium.

Caucuses are great opportunties for an organized discussion on a topic.  The list of possibilities are endless.  However, it is assumed that organizers and participants will abide by the SPIEL Attendance Policy  and that the topics address environmental topics of a non-commercial nature.  We do ask that the organizer give a clear enough description in the form below so we have an understanding of the session's purpose and how it will be conducted.  Applicants whose submssions are approved will receive notice of the time and place of their caucus and it will be added to the SPIEL schedule.  Please contact us if you have any questions about caucuses.
